FREEDOM THROUGH YOGA
YOGA THERAPY
At the heart of my work is the understanding that the body holds our life experiences—our joys, our struggles, and especially our unresolved trauma. Pain, tension, and habitual patterns often take root when these experiences remain unprocessed, becoming part of our physical and emotional structure. Yoga therapy offers a compassionate path to unwind those patterns.
Through breath, movement, stillness, and awareness, we can begin to release the deep layers of stored tension and emotion that keep us stuck. This process is not about forcing change but about creating space—for healing, for integration, and ultimately, for freedom. By gently reconnecting with the body, we learn to listen, to feel, and to move differently. Over time, we shift from living in reaction to past experiences to living with intention, clarity, and ease.
Freedom, in this philosophy, is not a destination but a practice. It is the ongoing, courageous act of turning inward, meeting ourselves honestly, and allowing the body to tell its truth—so that healing can unfold naturally and fully.

PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY SESSION

WHAT TO EXPECT
Private yoga therapy sessions are tailored entirely to you—your body, your story, and your goals. We begin with a brief check-in to understand how you're feeling physically, emotionally, and energetically. From there, we move through a series of gentle, intentional movements, breathwork, and postural exploration designed to release tension, increase mobility, and calm the nervous system. These sessions are not about performance—they are a collaborative and nurturing space where you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body and uncover the patterns that may be contributing to discomfort or imbalance. Each session is paced intuitively and respectfully, allowing you to feel supported throughout your healing process.

The Process: Body Reading and Personaalized Practice
Your first session begins with a body reading—a visual and intuitive assessment of your posture, breath, and holding patterns. This helps identify areas of imbalance, tension, or energetic blockage. Based on what we observe together, I will design a personalized yoga therapy practice that addresses your specific needs. This may include movements to release stuck fascia, breathwork to calm the mind, or poses to restore alignment and ease. Over time, this tailored approach becomes a co-created journey toward freedom from pain, habitual tension, and emotional residue stored in the body. As we move forward, your practice will evolve with you—always responsive, always supportive.

What to Wear
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely—think soft fabrics and a relaxed fit. Yoga attire is ideal, but anything you’d wear to stretch or lounge works just as well. Layers are helpful, as your body temperature may shift during stillness or relaxation phases of the session. No shoes or socks are needed once we begin.
About Me.
With over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and yoga therapy, I have had the privilege of guiding both adults and children on their paths toward greater physical freedom, emotional balance, and inner clarity. My work is rooted in the belief that we hold patterns—of movement, emotion, and memory—deep within the body, and that true healing begins when we learn to gently unwind these through breath, movement, and compassionate presence. Over the years, I’ve developed specialized curricula for both adults and children, blending traditional yogic principles with therapeutic techniques that address trauma, chronic tension, and emotional imbalances. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, I tailor each session to meet people where they are, with the goal of restoring a sense of ease, vitality, and integration. My approach to yoga therapy emphasizes freedom—not just physical flexibility, but freedom from the habits, stress responses, and internalized narratives that keep us stuck in cycles of discomfort or disconnection. Through the practice, we create space—within the body and within the self—for healing, for choice, and for peace. Above all, I believe yoga is not about performance but about presence. My intention is to offer a safe, nurturing environment where students of all ages can reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and rediscover the freedom that lives at the heart
